start time of Eurex

Most of days Eurex start time is 03:00 AM Newyork time,but in some days it starts at 04:00 ,is this difference due to Eurex or Ninjatrader or .... ?

This is likely due to a chart setting. To test, right click on the chart and select Data Series. What is selected for Session Template?

Also, who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

What instrument and expiry have you selected?

i connect to CQG continuum data & session template is 24/7 and also session template of instrument setting makes no difference
most of days pre market session starts at 02:00 AM EST time and Eurex opens at 03:00 AM EST time. but on some days like 3/16/2017 or 3/13/2017 or 3/14/2016 OR 3/15/2016 there is no "pre trading" session and it starts at 03:00 and volume comes in at 04:00.
i have tried all of recommendations and problem still exists .
