Hello bobik12,
The reason you are receiving the large bar is due to the contract month and merge policy. The current contract month is CL 06-17 and you are viewing the CL 07-17. If you would like to View the 07-17 contract you will need to change the merge policy. To change the merge policy please go to Tools > Options > Data > Merge Policy > DoNotMerge to receive the correct data for the CL 07-17.
