NT very slow

Everything in NT is suddenly working very slowly, taking a few seconds from one thing to the next. Also, one of three charts is not loading (data from MBT).

I'm using NT v. 7.0.1000.34, my internet connection is fine, and all other pc functions are normal. I've repaired the database and reset the database and instruments three times, to no avail.

Any ideas as to what might be causing this? Thanks!

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
