Open chart

After years of using ninjatrader 7.0.1000.7 perfectly, for a few
days I can not open a chart, it writes "you need to add at least one
Data Series to create a chart" but the date exists! Thank you for your help

Thank you for your post,

This error indicates there is not a selected instrument in the Data Series window when opening the chart. The selected instrument lists in the lower left box after double-clicking from the instrument lists, or when manually typed in the Instrument field and Enter is pressed. The below video from our help guide goes more into selecting a Data Series.

If you still see the same after selecting an instrument, can you please post a screen shot of the Data Series window?
