Renko and range charts not working - any advice?

Hi,

I was trying to access Renko and Range charts this morning, but no luck. I only get a blank screen.

I'm currently utilizing a free demo account from Ninjatrader.com. I also tried to connect to Kinetick (free EOD), but I get the same result.

Ain't these charts supported by these data providers?

I've used mentioned charts successfully in the past, certainly when using IQ-feed, but I seem to recall I did so using a demo account as well.

Hello Johnny,

Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have you selected?

(For a chart) what interval is selected?

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

For some weird reason, it works now. I didn't make any changes either. Maybe it was a database issue this morning?
