Failure - Zen Fire Login

I'm suddenly unable to log in to my demo Zen Fire feed on NT. Message comes up:

Login failed:Unable to login (10001)

I removed and then reinstalled the Zen Fire connection, but still the same.

Last time this happened, there was a problem with AMP, my broker. They deleted my user and then gave me a new one and all was well.

Just wondering if there is a problem right now with Zen Fire or not.
