Kinetick historical Last/Bid/ask without Volume ?

Hello,
We use a kinetick connexion with US Stocks suscription.
In Tools/Historical Data Manager / Download menu, when we download data types Last/Bid/Ask with interval of Tick, we retreive :
- Last price with correct Volume
- Ask price but Volume is always 1
- Bid price but Volume is always 1
Would you please explain me how to download the correct volumes for Ask/Bid ?

Hello François,

The behavior that you described is to be expected. Kinetick does not provide any historical Level 2 data. As a result, the historical bid/ask data will not include a real value for the volume.
