6J (Japanese yen) no vol for 3 months?

Haven't looked at the 6J for a while, brought up my charts updated to the June 2017 contract, and found to my surprise, that there was a period of time for almost 3 months where there was no volume, or almost none. Observable on both weekly and daily charts. Very strange. Naturally I reloaded all historical data and Ninjascript, but to no avail. I don't know what else to try. This has to be an artifact, right? How to fix? Please see attached chart.

I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20170412.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20170412.txt"

For anyone else in a similar quandary, here's the instructions:

"please reset your instruments, this will ensure that the internal setting for the instruments are up-to-date with server specifications:
Disconnect and go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

You will need to close and restart NinjaTrader for the settings to take effect.
