    Ninja Trader Application has stopped working

    When starting NT7 (64bits) got a pop-up: Ninja Trader Application has stopped working.
    This is a windows pop-up. I already deleted back-ups, a number of workspaces but it's still not working. (See log and trace file attached)
    Any idea's?

    Thank you for your note.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

    * Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    * Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    * Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    * Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

      Solution?

      I'm seeing that once the user is asked to send the log files, the thread ends. Can some possible solutions be publicly posted? I'm having the same issue. I'll send my log files if you like. just tell me how. i also attached the csv log.

        Thank you for the reply and feedback. We find it best to resolve these types of errors individually as they can be caused by a wide array of items and there would be no "one size fits all" solution.

          May be resolved

          I googled it and saw someone said it was one drive trying to back up the files. so they disabled one drive and it doesnt freeze anymore. i did the same and mine seems to be working. now. would that be something you could see in the logs or no?

            Thank you for the reply.

            You could see the directory for your documents in the actual log files (My Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > logs), it would likely include "OneDrive" in the path.
