chart not updating

I have evidently not performed the upgrade to v.34 correctly.
I can start NT and have the LIVE TRADING message in the lower left corner appear with the confirmation tone that I have a connection.
I can open my charts and see them just as I always have been able to in the past but the charts just sit there. I have a 45 tick chart that I use fro Globex and the last candle never changes and no new candles are being formed.
I get no errors.

I have been away from NT for some time trying to recapitalize my account and can't remember if there is something more I need to do to get active charts.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? I know you mentioned recently upgrading to v.34, but I would like to see if the upgrade was installed successfully. You can check under Help -> About

Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

Who is your broker? (if applicable)

What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have you selected?
