Tick and minute data difference

I'm having a problem where highs and lows are different between tick data and minute data both using the same data source. Any help would be appreciated

Please provide more detail:

What instrument are you viewing?
Who are you connected to?
What specific times/prices do not match?
Are you able to recreate this on charts with no indicators or templates?

Please provide screenshots of your charts if you think that would be helpful.

To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.

Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

A high around 2.16
A low around 2.27 today.. Just to name a few
its the same without indicators yes
Attached is the high difference. 111.534 on the minute chart and 111.515 on the tick chart. Highlighted by the black line and blue box

I'd like to be able to reproduce this on my side. What specific bar type and value is your tick-based chart?

What time zone are you in?

A custom bar type called uniRenko. However I can replicate it by using range bars so it's not linked to the custom bar type.
I'm located in the UK so GMT

I was unable to reproduce this on my end. The high of a 1 minute bar matched the high of a 2 renko bar at the same time (GMT 2:16PM = 7:16AM MT):

What historical data server are you using? You can check this by going to Tools > Account Connections > Choose your FXCM connection > Change > Next > What is selected for historical data? Here is an example:

First, please sync your PC clock:

• Close NinjaTrader.
• Open the Windows Control Panel
• Select Date and Time
• Press 'Change time zone...'.
• Set the time zone and press 'OK'.
• Click on Internet Time tab.
• Set the server to time.nist.gov and then click Update.
• Ensure to check for a message under the Update button that says it was successful.
• If it did not properly sync, even after a few tries, try manually setting your PC clock and then syncing.
• Your PC clock should now be updated.

After syncing your PC clock, reload NinjaTrader and right-click on your 1 minute/renko charts and select 'reload all historical data.
