hangs with some futures contracts

Hi,

When I try to open some futures contracts (that I know I have data for through IQfeed) the right top window in the data series window just turns white and ninjatrader hangs?

Can you please clarify the contract and expiry you are currently attempting to view? Can you please also reset your instruments and test again?
To reset your instruments please follow the steps below.

Disconnect from your data feed: NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Disconnect> Select your data feed.
Reset your Instruments: NinjaTrader Control Center> Tools> Options> Data tab> Reset Instruments>OK.
Restart NinjaTrader> Connect (NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Connect> Select your connection.

Thanks. Tried what you suggested and didn't work.

As for the contracts: russell mini 2000 june and may corn don't work.

Can you please clarify the expiry you are currently using for the TF and the ZC?

It hangs on may corn 2017 and the june 2017 russel 2000 mini. Hangs on others too but they are ones i have tried lately.
