IB Connection Status: Recover/Reset: Not a valid bookmark.

Working with a client who is unable to sign onto IB today using Ninja 6.5.1000.4 and TWS 884.6 per the IB connection instructions although was able to connect without issue for several days preceding. I double checked all of the settings and they look good, but unable to connect.

In the trace files getting the following messages:

Any suggestions for remedies or next steps to diagnose?

Apparently, a TS upgrade was attempted while Ninja was operating and somehow the Ninja database got corrupted and impacted the IB connect process. A Repair DB resolved the issue.
