Missing data on chart

Hi,
I am on Opentick and I miss the data since July 1, 2008 to July 28,2008 - all instruments. Any idea what is wrong? ZS chart is attached.

What happens if you right click in your chart and select Reload Historical Data?

Does the data fill in?

Nothing. I tried everithing. I reloaded historical data more times and nothing was displayed. This problem is by all instruments I have loaded in charts. (grains, indexes, currences). Maybe some problem with Net Framework?

I wouldn't do anything with your .Net for this issue. Issues with the .Net typically effect the way the program runs not data pulled from your datafeed.

If you can send a note to support AT ninjatrader DOT com attn Jessica with your OpenTick log-in details I can test some charts on my machine. If I have the same results as you then we know if is related to the connection, and if my charts fill fine then we know to work on your install.

I used "reset instruments" and "reset database" and problem is resolved.
