Tick Charts won't update

I am using the latest ver 0f 6.5.1000.5 and the latest TWS and every morning I have to click "format date series" to get the tick charts to start updating. Minute charts start ok. I have been going back & forth with support and have done all their suggestions still not having any success.

I have the old ver 6.0 running on a laptop with my IB demo account and that works fine. Crank it up and it starts playing.

Anyone else having this issue?

Hello Al,

Have you tried running the official supported TWS version with NinjaTrader, TWS 884? If not, I suggest to downgrade TWS and check if this will make a difference.

I suggest to test your tick charts using a new workspace and check if they update automatically.

I am running TWS 884, and tryed a new workspace with just one tick chart. Nothing, still have to click "format data series" for it to start.
