Error Message on my live account

When i tried to switch back to simulation mode, it gave me an error message , i have attached the error message below .

Please advise , i dont have any open position at this moment.

Do you see the same if you disable any strategies that are enabled and disconnect before switching to Global Simulation Mode?

im not aware of any strategies being able , i dont use strategies

no it doesnt happen when im on simulation mode
