'Strategies' grayed in File Menu

I have and ATW trader (6.5.1000.5) with Vista (32 bit Windows) that can access and compile the sample NT strategies, but when he right clicks on a chart, 'Strategies' is grayed out (even though he is connected to Mirus at the time).

Any help would be appreciated.

It is possible your license is for NT Direct Edition (some versions do not have strategies available). You can verfiy this under Help--> About and if the NinjaScript and ATM strategies are listed then you know this is not the case if they are not then you need to subscribe to the paid version.

The second issue could be that you have Chart Trader active in this chart. Disable Chart Trader and try it once more.
