DJIA Error Message (Noob)

Hello,

I am having trouble charting DJIA.

I did some digging on the forum and completed the steps in this post: http://ninjatrader.com/support/forum...ad.php?t=42175. (all except the "reset your instruments" part which scares me.) I manually created the DJIA instrument as instructed.

When I try to launch a DJIA chart window, the window is blank and I get this error:
ERROR ON loading chart data for "DJIA Default": Error on loading historical data (20013)

Kintetick is my data provider and I'm using NT7.

This error may imply the Kinetick connection in use may not be enabled for this data. To confirm this, I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20170301.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20170301.txt"
