    Can't connect to CQG

    getting this error screen

    Hello sashe71,

    The error suggests your computer is missing native .NET methods to complete the call. The CQG adapter requires .NET 3.5 SP1 to complete a connection. Can you please download and install .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 from the link below and check if you can connect.

      I do have .NET 3.5 and .NET 4.6.1 installed
      Reinstalled Ninjatrader but getting the same error, I am able to connect to Kinetic (free eod) but not to CQG

        Please note that I am referring to .NET Framework 3.5 SP1.

          Yes, I am sorry did not mention it clearly in the previous post. I do have SP1 for .NET 3.5
          Just did verification with the official MS tool
          It said that I have it.

            Can you please send me your log and trace files, so I can investigate. Please go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Platform Support. Enter your email address and add 'Att Jason, 1667616' in the Subject field. Subsequently click Send to send the email.
