The Risk and Routing service is not available

Hi,

I got an error on one of my strategies when it fired and tried to place an order on a live account.

The error from the log is "The Risk and Routing service is not available, affected order xxxxx".

What happened? I don't believe I've seen this before do I need to do anything to address?

Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry.


To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-> Mail to Platform Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.


Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.

I just sent you my log and trace files. After I got this error, on an automated strategy, I tried a few discretionary trades on the same live account, and didn't get the error again. I've had live orders placed by this live strategy before without problem. Thanks for your thoughts here.
