Installed Update and no longer works

Hi I installed the update nt8.04 and it no longer works in that it completely closed and another time it showed an error saying my firewall was blocking the connection and internet issue.
Prior to this it was working earlier in the day. I was able to load charts and set some templates up.

I am using Malwarebytes, I already had my nt8 folder excluded prior to the uninstall reinstall. It is still in the exclusion.

Currently I only get blank charts with the heading and borders. If I highlight the bottom nt8 icon, it shows the various blank charts with the swirling icon as if it is loading.

Note I also have GoogleDrive but it does not show nt8 in it.

Another issue was it showed cache full, so I did the documents>nt8>db and delted the tick, minute etc.

Can you please send me your NinjaTrader log and trace files so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Right click the log and trace folder and select Send to-->Compressed (zipped) folder. Subsequently attach both .zip files in your email and send it to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Please put 'Att Jason, 1665889' in the subject field.
