Hello MrN1njaTrader,
Can you please follow the steps below to solve the connection error.
1. Locate javaw.exe located in the following directory:
C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_25\bin(Note your version may be different from jre1.8.0_25)
2. You are going to COPY the javaw.exe file to the 'clipboard' (right-click Javaw.exe and select copy)
3. Now paste it into the following two directories:
C:\Windows\System32
C:\Windows\SysWOW64
4. Once this is complete, please reboot your PC and check if you can connect successful.

OK that worked but now I have new error to solve, please see attached file:

It seems you run into the same sequence of errors as reported at the forum thread below.
I suggest to try the workaround at the following forum thread and check if this allows you to connect successful.
Open TWS. In menu bar click <Configure> and proceed as outlined below.
Configuration--> Display--> Settings
On the right panel in "Titlebar text" there is a edit box. Enter following into it:
"Interactive Brokers Trader Workstation" (without quotes)
Then navigate to Configuration--> Display--> Style
Check the setting: Use system title bar (Change requires a restart).
Check if you can connect to Interactive Brokers in NinjaTrader.
