I am trying to connect to my Gain/TradeKing forex account. I have upgraded my NT7 installation to the latest NT7 version of 7.0.1000.33, and followed the instructions for connection to Gain.
My account is with TradeKing as the introducing broker to Gain. My login credentials work with both TradeKing and Gain. The account is a live account (not sim), and is not new.
Upon trying to connect NT, I get the error: "Login failed: Unable to log into the GAIN API. Check use name and password. GAIN message: 'Authentication problem. Do I know you? Perhaps we've not been introduced.'"
What do I need to do?
