Problem opening FDAX Chart

Hello,

I have a problem opening the FDAX chart (03-17).

I go to File-New-Chart. At the Data Series window, I click the three points box and look for the FDAX future box. When I find it, I double click in the FDAX box. However, for some reason, the FDAX does not appear in the Data Series windowsand therefore I cannot load the FDAX chart.

Can you please let me know what I do wrong and how can I load the FDAX chart (03-17)?

Can you please try the following. Go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager. Type FDAX in the Name field and hit Search. Highlight the FDAX futures and click the arrow pointing to the left. This will add the FDAX 03-17 to your instrument list. Click OK in the Instrument Manager.

Create a new chart and double click the FDAX 03-17 from your instrument list in the Data Series menu. Check if this will allow you to create the chart.
