Zen-Fire missing data

Today I was able to connect to Zen-Fire, but did not receive historical data for about 7 hours. Right now it appears to be working properly with historical data, however there is a 7 hour gap in the history. I have deleted all data from the database and reloaded, but still the gap.

During the 7 hour period I received the following error in the log: "Unable to connect to NinjaTrader data server (64.202.118.132/31654): No such host is known."

What does the above log entry mean, and why is this gap not being filled?

Thanks. It looks like others are having the same problem. But no mention of how to fill the gap in the data for those missing hours.

Unfortunately we don't provide data to fill the gap.
