Cant connect to IB with NT7

Hi,

Just started NT 7 and got an error message.
My IB connection has disappear from NT7.
Cant setup a new one either, cant even find IB in the choice list.

Thanks for writing in to our Support team.

If you have any active firewalls or antivirus programs please attempt to disable them temporarily and test if you are able to connect to IB from NinjaTrader. If you are able to do this, then we will have to create exceptions in these programs to allow NinjaTrader to communicate with its licensing servers.
