mulitple sim accounts

Hello,

I have added new sim accounts (and already re-started NT) but there appear in the chart trader always the same sim account (which is not the Sim101)? What might be the reason for this please?

And beside this question I have now another one: I wanted to reply this question to another thread but there appeared (after my login of course) only the quote, but I even couldnt do this as there appeared "you´re not allowed to do... because of 2 reaons..."

Thank you for your post,

You'll need to uncheck File > Global Simulation Mode to switch to the alternative Sim accounts. A live key is required to do this, I've copied our licensing options below if needed.

I'm not sure what would be happening in the other forum post, I suggest clearing your browser cache, making sure it's up-to-date and restarting. If you still see the same, can you please link the forum post in question?

its possible to reply in edge that pops up automatically from the link in the email. But it wasn´t with Firefox.

OK to the question: yes this works now. But it is surprising to uncheck sim-mode when I want to switch to another sim account.

If one knows its clear of course.
