Orders wont plot on Chart

When I place an order to buy or sell, they show up on the Dome where my target is resting and stop, "but not on the chart?" it has been working, not sure what I have done, but they dont show up on the chart anymore?

It shows up on the Sim account but not on my live account

Please confirm that the DOM and the chart are on the same instrument. You may want to link them. Here is information on linking here:

If they are on the same instrument try left clicking to the right of the vertical axis on your chart and drag down to srink the chart.

If you still don't see the orders try openning a new chart and use a large timeframe to see more vertically.
