Pre-market After Hours Data

I am wondering why I can't get premarket-aftermarket stock data. My data is currently coming from Barcharts and my chart timeframe is set from 6:30 to 6:30 or 9:30 to 9:30 so the full day should be available. I contacted barcharts and they said to contact Ninja Trader.

Any information on this would be helpful. Thanks

Thank you for your post.


Please right click the chart>Properties, and confirm set session begins and ends times to 12:00 AM and 12:00 AM.

If that does not work please right click the chart>reload historical data.

If this does not work please post a screen shot of what you are seeing. Please include the entire chart in the screen shot.

AAPL gapped up but I don't have any pre-market trading data even though I can watch it trade pre-market on level II. I assume this is a Barchart data issue.

This gap is normal. I was able to reproduce the gap with eSignal data as well. See attached.
