Offset AEX future suddenly filled with value

I noticed that for the dutch AEX future FTI (EOE) 02-17 the Offset is set to -1,9.
The Offset for this future is never filled (see all the previous one's) and I myself didn't change it (as far as I know).
What is the reason that it is suddenly filled now?

Rollover date is 20-1-2017.

I have been unable to reproduce this on my end.

If you delete this offset and change it to zero, does the value reappear as -1.9 after a restart and reconnect?

After changing to zero and a restart and reconnect, the offset is still zero.
All previous futures have an offset of zero.
At all the coming futures (future futures ;-)), the offset value is empty (so not even a zero).
I don't have a clue how the -1,9 got there.
