Thank you for your post,

First, I suggest checking that the hotkeys are still assigned via Tools > Hot Key Manager > Chart > Bar Spacing +/-.

If those are still set correctly, you can use the below publically available link to verify the keys themselves are working.

After verifying is's not an issue with the keys, I suggest shutting down NinjaTrader and renaming the UI.xml file as UIold.xml at the following PC directory.

• Documents >
• Documents > NinjaTrader 7

The UI file holds multiple setting such as default settings for the SuperDOM and hot keys, so relaunching with have NinjaTrader replace these settings to installation defaults.

working after closing then restarting NT

wonder if the problem had anything to do with Importing 'HeikenAshiSmoothed_NT70'
