Timing Start of Candlestick

Concerning Ninja Trader –

I’m using Ninja Trader version 7.

When I load a Candlestick Chart, the timing of a Candlestick does not start at the beginning of the candlestick, it starts at the end of the candlestick. Example, it is currently 1/25/17 but the current candlestick on the chart starts on 1/26/17.

It does not matter if it is a 1 minute, 5 minute etc.

This is very annoying especially when you are trying to back test something.

Is their anyway you can make the timing of the candlestick to start at the beginning of the candlestick instead of at the end?

Your observations are correct, the bars are time stamped with the bar close/end time. There are no means to change that to the start of the bar time.
