I have contacted Barcharts.com and they have informed thier development team on this inquiry.
I do not have an eta at this time on when a fix will be implemented.
As soon as I receive an update on this inquiry, I will post here.
I understand your concern for purchasing data that you are not able to use. However, I can let you know that Barcharts.com has excellent customer service and will work with you and your subscription if you need to seek data elsewhere.
