move in vertical plane on chart

How do align the chart in a vertical plane?

eg I can make the yaxis greater all smaller, but I want to set it at a certain range and then move my price data so that the current value, for instance, is at the top of the chart, for instance.

Hello,

Unfortunately, this is not supported. Upon scrolling through your chart, it will always display the highest value and lowest value in the chart.

I think I asked a similar question a few months back and there was talk of this being on the NT7 new feature list.
It would be great if that is still the case - is NT 7 on schedule for a release later this year ??
