Lost all my charts and settings

Hi,

I shut down NT7 by clicking right click Alt-F4 and it ask as usual if i wanted to save all.
I replied yes and when rebooting all charts had disapear.

Is there a way i can recover them?

Thank you for writing in today. Also, thank you for reporting you have resolved your issue.

NinjaTrader prompts you if you would like to save your workspaces at application close to save the changes made to your workspaces, include the charts you have open for that workspace. If you had closed your charts and then told NinjaTrader to save your workspace after you closed your charts, you had effectively overwritten your workspace.

You may attempt to load your workspace if it was previously saved by navigating to File > Workspaces > Open Workspace... from the Control Center.

Typically we suggest users save their workspaces as soon as they are done arranging their charts to avoid the mistake of overwriting one's workspace with closed charts. We do not recommend closing the Control Center with Alt-F4 as it can create issues when saving the workspace.
