Login Error

Hi,
I am getting a login error. "There only can be one CQG adapter running at any time"
Your help would be appreciated. Thanks

There can only be one CQG-based connection active at any time. Are you currently connected to any data feed? Please check the File > Disconnect list. Active connections will be black while inactive connections will be gray. If so, please disconnect and try again.

If there are no active connections, there is most likely a connection with 'connect on startup' enabled that was unable to connect but is still using the CQG adapter. This will need to be manually disabled.

I'll need you to write in to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com and attach your config file. You will find your configuration file in the following directory.
(My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml
