Incorrect fill price

Never seen this before : in a SIM trade this morning, T2 was 57.22, but it shows 52.72 and P&L is $500 too high !

Hello jtrade,

Can you please click and hold your left mouse button on the right side of the price axis and move downwards. Check if you see the execution arrow at a price of 57.22.

For the order to execute at such a price, you likely received a bad tick in realtime. You can use the realtime tick filter to filter out bad ticks in the future. You can find it at Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Market data (Filter bad ticks). A value of 5 in the '% off market' field represents 5 %. So if a realtime tick is outside the range of 5 % compared the tick received prior, it will be excluded. Please see the link below under 'How to use the real-time Tick Filter' for more information.
