Range bar history

Hi,
Apologies if this is answered elsewhere but I can't see it if it is.
I have just started using range bars on NT7. I have it set to 14 range and 1100 days data.
The charts (have tried 3 separate currencies) will only show me a years' worth of info regardless of my historical data setting.
Is this something that can be altered ? Or am I maxed at a year with range bars ?

Thanks for your note.

The amount of historical data you would have access to would depend on who you are connected to. Who do you connect to in the platform for data? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

Hi Drew,
Connected through FXCM,
The extended history is not an issue if I am in Minute mode, just seems to be range bars that something odd is going on with.
Also if I scroll to the far left I get the compressed view of what would appear to be previous data including the multiple lines showing in yellow as attached

It looks like some of this data would be missing or fragmented. I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20160109.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20160109.txt"
