Zenfire Missing Ticks from Chart

I just got stopped on a trade that did not show the trade on my chart - range bar- stopped outside the range.

Is this a zenfire or NT issue?

The stop was triggered by the market so its a valid stop. NinjaTrader receives the prices sent to it via any broker technology. Nothing is filtered.

I'm with you but why did the tick not appear? Is zenfire data like IB data where all the ticks are not transmitted?

My understanding is that Zen-Fire is unfiltered. I can not explain to you why the tick is not there. Did you check on a standard minute chart?

Can't do that because about 20 seconds later it traded at the stop price.

I guess I'll just watch to see if it happens again.
