Connection lost with gains taking long time to come back

HI To all Ninjas!
I am losing connections with Gainscapital very often, taking awhile to reconnect. Call Gains and they give a Ninjatrader number that they will not help Ninja account.

Any idea that what could be causing? Internet connection is fine with my 2 accounts

Unfortuantely there is nothing we can do. This is either an ISP issue or a GAIN server issue. Hopefully the connection will become more stable for you shortly.

Thank you so much for answering. Just would like Gaincapital to be a little nicer and at least say if there is a problem with their servers.
