Account number

Hi,

i recently opened an account with ninja Trader Brokerage ( thru Dorman ).
How can i get the account number in the 'General ' section in my strategy parameters. In other words, how to connect my strategy to my account..

and how can i delete others..

Hello Rob,

You should be able to select your live account once connected. Could it be you are not connected to the account you have with our NinjaTrader brokerage? Are you able to select the account in order entry windows such as the SuperDOM and ChartTrader?

To delete the other accounts in the list, you would reset the database. However this will remove all trade history.

Can you please send me your log and trace files, so I can investigate. Please go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Platform Support. Add 'Att Jason, 1633804' in the Subject field and make sure 'Log and trace files' is enabled. Subsequently click Send to send the email.
