connecting to funded live account?

Howdy,

I have opened a live account. Received confirmation of funds. Received account info and password. established connection with those credentials. Cannot figure out how to access live account?? Can add as many sims as I like, but in control center the option to "add account" is grayed out

I am sure this is pilot error on my part...I am using Ninja 8

Any suggestions would be appreciated
