Problem adding instrument

Hi,

Trying to add the S&P 500 ISSUES NET VOLUME, JV6T.Z but getting errors. Here are the settings I have. Can you advise what I'm doing wrong? Thanks,

Your settings appear correct, and I am able to get data for JV6T.Z using these settings with my Kinetick account.

What occurs when you chart this instrument?

Are you connecting to Kinetick directly, or are you using the IQFeed adapter?

I am connecting directly. Logged out and back in. Here is the error.

The only other one I showed that I was connected to was my NT brokerage. However I disconnected and reconnected and appears to be working now. Thanks for your help.

Connection order is very important in NinjaTrader 7. I believe the connection order was the issue in your case. Please see the help guide section below for further details and examples:
