    Unable to Connet: ZenFire

    Hi...

    I am unable to connect to ZenFire (Mirus Account) since about 30 minutes now. Pop-up message "Login failed: Unable to login (10001)"

    Does anyone have an idea or there is some real connection problem.

    NB: I am able to connect to my eSignal Account successfully (Just cross-checked).

    Support would be highly appreciated.

      same here this morning ... you are not alone
      untill 8h it was ok - then connection lost + finish

      Zenfir + mirus -- real + demo-feeds

        Same here in Australia. Was connected until market opened. Have been unable to connect since.
        Nice to know others are experiencing the same.

          I am in UK using Mirus broker zenfire datafeed and cannot connect getting login error 10001 and 10004

            Zenfire not accessible - error 10001 and 10004

            Have been unable to connect since Thursday July 24. Thought was the only one having this problem. Have tried many procedures already including having my broker jumping in my computer but no success so far. As others are now reporting, this cannot be an isolated case anymore. Hope Ninja and brokers chime in and come up with a solution

                    Hi everyone...
                    Thanks for all your replies.
                    I also trade from Australia and I can just see ES chart loaded up nicely. Lets hope that all the other insruments also get restored ASAP.

                          Yes its a broker-problem but its also good to post such things realtime here to know that others are experiencing the same.
                          Feed is back - historic datas got 2 hours gap - eurex-orders i didnt try till now.

                            same problem for me since yesterday.
                            I have other friends here in France stuck with this login problem also.

                            This is really annoying. Seems to be a problem with Zen-Fire itself.
                            Does anyone know when it will be settle ?

                              We got word from ZenFire that you should be able to connect to again. Please contact your broker if you still experience connectivity issues with ZenFire.
