Data Feed with Direct edition license

I have a basic question...


I'm new to Ninja Trader and would like to buy the Direct Edition License by opening a Ninjatrader partner broker (Phillip Capital). Do I need to buy the data feed separately through Kinetick or other vendors OR does it come with the brokerage account. I'm confused , please clarify.

Hello bagurn,

The broker technology connection will provide data. You do not have to buy a Kinetick data feed per se. Once you have opened an account with our NinjaTrader brokerage, you will receive login credentials to create a connection in the NinjaTrader platform. Besides connectivity to your live account, the connection provides realtime and historical data as well. However it does not provide data for all instruments that are present in NinjaTrader. If the broker technology connection does not provide data for a certain instrument, you could purchase an additional data feed such as Kinetick to load the missing data.
