Stop Promotional Message Box

I opened an account with NinjaTrader so that I could record entire sessions to look at during the weekend for training purposes.

Unfortunately very often with NT it appears out of nowhere a message box with useless promotional messages that spoil big part of the session I am recording as I am not there to close that message window occluding the charts area.

Can you please tell me how can I get rid of those alerts?

Just to clarify, are you seeing that the on-screen notification is freezing or causing unexpected behavior with the platform itself, or is it simply hindering the view of the chart?

yes just hindering the view, if I'd be at the computer i'd simply close it.
But I am just recording with Camtasia and that message often spoils the recording.

Thanks for replying.

When these messages appear, you should see an option to "Do not show again," which will prevent the message from reappearing once selected.

yes I do that, but new ones come quite often
