CQG Data Feed- Login failed: Unspecified Error

I setup a second (CQG) data feed subscription through Ninjatrader Continuum (separate logins), so that I could run Ninjatrader on my laptop and PC simultaneously.

Ninjatrader brokerage emailed me to say:

Your Market Data Enablement request has been processed and the submitted user id is now enabled for your selected exchange market data.

I setup the data feed in Ninjatrader 7 exactly as instructed on your website that I was given, but when I try to connect to Ninjatrader Continuum on my laptop (which this new account was created for), I get the following error message:

Login failed: Unspecified Error

Thank you for posting.

Login credentials are private and intended only for the subscriber, as a result your broker or data provider will not release them to a party other than the named person on the account.

That being said please write into platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with the username and password so that we may test your connection on our end.
