Unable to create automated or manual orders

I have a bunch of automated strategies running and they will create the virtual orders correctly, but they never get executed on my Mirus account. When I am in the order tab, I can put in limit orders manually for my Sim101 and they show up in the table below. However, when I go to my Mirus account the orders that I create do not show up in that table. When I go to exit the software, it says that there are still active orders on that account. How can I fix this issue?

Which table / grid are you viewing?

If you are looking at the Account Performance tab of the NinjaTrader 7 Control Center, have you checked the box for the live account?

I am looking in the "Orders" tab. In the Account Performance tab, there are no orders or trades anyway.
