foot print load back data issue

Hy
is there anyone who use footprint on ninja and have problem to load back data on FDAX 12-2016 after 7 DEC?
Since the morning of 8 dec I can not load back data on my charts with footprint on...

Hello leonida69,

As discussed via email, historical tick data is present for you after December 8th as data is loaded in charts without this footprint indicator. I assume this footprint indicator uses tick data to calculate values. I am not sure why the footprint indicator does not plot after December 8th. If no other users are able to assist, I suggest to contact the creator of this indicator.
