How To Trigger A Sell Order From A Higher Price

Hi,

I'm wondering if this is possible:

What I am looking at is to trigger a sell order from a higher price. Say the entry price I want to go short at is 1400. I want to trigger that short if and when the 1410 price is hit after going through the 1400 to get there.In other words, if the 1400 price is exceeded by 10 points and then falls to hit 1400, I want to go short at 1400. And I want to set up this arrangement ahead of time and to work automatically.

This would not be possible with an ATM strategy as it would require custom programing.
